i'm in the middle of putting together a paper, and i really need to know what is written in:

THIS ARTICLE.
it's an article published in america in "the journal of nervous and mental disease"

but i am stone-walled. i tried with real friends through 4 different universities, and the best i can get is a hard copy in a place far away.
