because my real life does not challenge me enough...
and i do not have a long enough writing list...
i thought i add more to my to do list *sarcasm sign high in the air*

i don't even dare anymore to make a real what all i have to do - to do list because it would be frightening, i'm just living with a day to day task level at the moment, and so far this works fine for me

and to finally get into gear and not keep on saying: one day, in the near future
i signed myself up for podfic_bingo!!!
i got already so many awesome permissions to do stuff i shall use the bingo to get to the doing stuff

Excitement!!! BTW, I'm always super thrilled when someone repods my podfics, and I mostly record authors who have BP, so feel free to use me for your Repod a Podfic square, especially if you're at all nervous about repodding :)

Well, NO PRESSURE AT ALL. If you decide to skip it, or swap it out with a cheat, that's totally cool! (That's why we have cheats), but you're more than welcome to attack any off my podfics! People like having a choice, and I can't actually listen to my own podfics, so it's always a treat for me when someone records the stories I love. :D

Also, drunk podficcing is so fun!

I've always wondered about this, because I know it's so hard for me to listen to my own voice or watch myself in a video. On my macbook a few years ago, I attempted to do a podfic, but I could not get through the first paragraph.

i think the first fic is the hardest, i just really pushed through until it was something i thought was halfway decent
the main problem is that hearing your own voice from the outside it sounds strange and for me as a non-native i KNOW how some words HAVE TO sound but i cant produce the sound that is required and that is my major frustration source
and that my own voice sounds just odd and strange-
but if you ever have the time you should totally give podficcing a try - and of course if you are still in the mood <3
