apples, apples and... melon-lolly?

my baking, my baking, my me-is-an-awesome-roommate-gift!


so, i went home the week before last, because my mother was going away for a health cure because of her back (she has a very hard and unpleasant job) and since my dad is not the great cook, and will eat at this workplace i took away with me all that could go bad, and he would not eat- which had left me with more than 2,5 kg of apples *yay*
they were on the edge of going bad- so here you can see what i spent this saturday on:

so here is a pic of the 3 applestudels i made:

the two in the back are in traditional vienna style
but the one in the front is with apples and cranberries (fresh ones, mushed up and mixed under) and i was a bit skeptical at first, but ლ(❤◕㉨◕❤ლ it was so tasty!!! i could not believe it, really is an awesome combination- you must try it!

then i also did something new: i wanted to do these rose-applethings, its more like a flower- well see the results:

and if you see a cinamon roll sneaked it way in, than yes you are right and yes it was tasty too, i liked it too very much

all in all i must confess, that they were tasty, but i think i have to work on the style a little - and golden delicious is not a good sort of apple to use for this kind of baking- they have to much water in them and it is more than just soaked, really they were flooded （＊￣（エ）￣） sucked a little...

and finally i got this little tasty thing:

because my roommate and her cat (i luv both of them very much) were giving me a hard time with many little and big things, and she gave it to me, because for my character i weathered it rather well
and i know this stuff is not natural and anything, but at the moment here where i live melons are hard to come bay- and this is such an amazing proxy and so tasty and lovely, and it really made me happy (and i was not angry with her, just happy that for her finally things are looking up)



things a still the same with me- although the last 3 job interviews i went to, ppl were extremely rude to me and made me feel very uncomfortable... but i am making progress on my hurtfest and my mood has lightened up considerably! ω(=＾・＾=)ω let me hear a yay for that! was about getting time too!
also motivation is coming back!
at the same time i am a little bit stressed over reading- way behind still on the owls and erised... and with harrybigbang out i just feel bad... for not having time to read, but there is university work and finding a job, and writing, and tending the cat and all the other real life... *sigh*
i can only say again- if i promised to read it- i will, just hang in (with me please) and give me a little time- thank you!


so with this post i am starting officially in my new year 2015- i am a little bit excited what it has in store for me- i hope many good things and i hope you enjoyed the 1. of february just like me, and i really enjoyed it a lot! (❛◡❛✿)
