Snowed In
"Next time I agree to travel with you anywhere remind me of this here," Draco says as he fell on the sofa.
"Next time I agree to something like this, you hex me, so that we can't make it. Dear Lord, what was I thinking?"
"That is what I want to know? What have I done to deserve this? Also for how you always go on about me being a drama queen and all that, compared to your friends I am harmless to the point of insignificancy. Oh, how I envy Pansy now."
"And Neville," Harry sighed. "It is unfair that the both of them have not to suffer through this."
"Potter, that might be actually our only luck. Imagine we would be here, in this famous shopping district, sadly snowed in, so nobody can get out, with Pansy. She would murder us, debauch every surface with that Gryffindor of hers, revive us and do it all over again until she can get outside and do the damn shopping."
"So that is what you have been thinking. I confess it would be fun, except for the part of every surface... and the death of all our friends, who would be go and buy gifts for, if we kill them?"
"Clearly you overheard the reviving part. Nobody was ever hurt from being a bit dead... well, at least not as much as my nerves are grated on right now."
Harry had several comebacks. But then again he had to share a room with Draco for the rest of the week... so he stayed silent and nodded gravely. He does after all have a survival instinct.
