Daytrip Picture Dump

so i took a daytrip to the zoo close to my parents home
we do not talk about the car damage i did right at the beginning (we will talk about it at the end... )
i was a good girl and took my good camera out for the trip - and she liked it! though due to user interference she had some troubles... though to be honest i am not sure it was my fault, she sometimes just liked to focus on the fence, and not on the animal behind the fence... stupid fence!
also if you want to see the real size picture just klick the tiny one - some things are better seen when the pic is big.
first we saw zebras but i took the good pictures at the end, so there is that
what we first saw for real were these funny guys

and yes i am playing find the little guy with you... they were rather far away sadly, but still cute, as prairie doggies are (´pゝω・)
then we saw the wolverine
and boooy did i take a lot of pictures of him, because he was totally doing a show for us, suuuper cute!

the wolves were next, and i did take a bunch of pictures, though the showing-off pictures were done at the end, here they were playing with each other and doing the howling it was amazing!!! and sounds sooo good... and from all the playing and tackling and cuddling i found this the best:

the lynx was too busy cleaning himself to pay us any mind - but he was beautiful nonetheless

bee - for the bees

emu in weird sitting position - it was fascinating but also weird to watch it sit down, and somehow i am still weirded out by how it sits

roo enjoying sun and shade at the same time

the pelicans were really lively and did a lot of playing and showing of

goats for goats' sake

birds - loads of birds and their fast movement was really pushing my camera

and just by the way: lovebirds - awesome!

you have to look carefully but here are 3 monkeys:

and then some lion action - starting with the female playing with food!

much fence - few lion:

monkey asking the essential questions: am i feeling like going outside?

those little guys not so bothered:

lama, lama

these are some special donkeys... i forgot honestly, but they are beautiful from afar, but really creepy up close... at least to me

obligatory cock - shot

more lounging from deers

these were beautiful though! and i did forget what they were called as well, but they were truly elegant, and they moved around a lot and it was fun and interesting watching them
octahedrite found out for me that they are called: maned wolf; so thank you for that V(=^・ω・^=)v

someone was watching:

super cute nasua =( ^>w< ^)=

and then the most relaxed animal ever, and therefore also a real gem in my book:

and then the tapir... for tapir reasons

tapir and capybara are sharing their habitat just as an info
one more bird- because oi that is just good coloring!

soo, now to the wolves again: here they are one in i-am-totally-the-boss-pose and the other one in sure-you-are-pose

sadly, some moron then got really close with his huge dog to the wolves habitat, and the dog started barking and the wolves really didn't like that. the zoo even has a sign there, to not let the dogs too close to the habitat, as it aggravates the wolves...
the cottentop tamarins were cute as well - though they had a baby that was totally separated from them, in the same habitat but with extra space, and it was really small and sad looking... i did not take a picture of that, because it was kinda sad, but here is one in awesome pose:

and then my one-billion zebra shot! because i really battled to get the camera focus on the animal here:

and then more lounging from an animal with horns:

sooo.... now lets talk about the car damage... i was stupid, and thought that the bush line would not do anything to me anyay... and then i hit it.. and then i had to return out of it... and it had been cut, so that all the young soft sprouts have been gone and only the hard parts remained... and i must have kinda threaded in somehow... but i never got out of my car, trusting it to be ok...
and then i drove and drove to the zoo (it was like 8min because i did not find it on the first try and we were something we did not want to be *upps*) THEN i got out of the car, and had a small conniption because the front metal bar that is set apart by the grill had bed 90 degrees outwards!!! and you have to know my car was a gift, and my father owns it... i bend it straight again and we went to the zoo, and as soon as my mom called (they were out for a thing so i could not just call them) i told her i had an accident - so, my mom, the dramaqueen she is, thought something bad happened, which was a blessing in disguise because my dad was pretty cool towards the damage, and we will just exchange the part in april - which we had to do anyway, so i am good... but still it bothered me all day... and it still bothers me a little
sooo, here it is, the first ouchie i made on my car *shame* ि०॰͡०ी

so that was it, that was my trip, hope you enjoyed the pictures - read you again soon!
