in need of help again

hello, dear f-list

so i am at my parental home, and my parents are on a weekend trip
BUT they left me with 3 very, very ripe bananas, which i don't want to throw away.

so, do any of you folks, have a lovely banana-bread recipe for me?
there are frozen berries and stuff that is not the issue HOWEVER i really need the recipe to be in gramms/kilogramms metric and not in cups because i have nothing here to measure in cups

but really all and any help is helpful, since i go back on monday morning, and my parents come back monday evening, i have to bake whatever i want tomorrow or on sunday

i don't know either, i am such an obvious cat person, what with being a cat and all XD

and thanks for the recepie - i shall try that out when i am back in vienna, there i have meaurement cups and spoons, my mom doesnt have such things (as she doesnt cook so many things out of the internet as i do XD)
