With a sigh Harry dropped into his bed.
It had been a wonderful afternoon. The play had been so much fun, and spending time with Draco was something he more and more enjoyed. Sure there was tension, and honestly did Draco need to be so… so… exasperating! And dashing, and good looking, and poise. Not to mention that he was witty and smart and quite entertaining if given a chance… it simply had become nice to be around him.
He remembered the sleigh ride through the manor grounds. The romantic atmosphere n, the quiet talk he and Draco shared it had been wonderful. And seeing the Manor decorated for Christmas with lights all around, some of them even changing colours between silver, green, gold and blue.

The house itself was still impressive, but decked out in such a festive atmosphere Harry could understand why Draco acted all protective of the Manor. But it also made him wonder why Draco acted like he didn’t want to stay there.
But then when it came to Draco and his family – it was all a mystery to Harry.

He sighed again, closing his eyes. The only thing that he was missing would have been a kiss from those full red lips. But he had promised Draco not to push him. However that was truly hard to do. Draco was right when he said that Harry was an all in or all out kind of person. It was hard to walk in the middle for him.
But he had one advantage.
Through everything, and especially these last years being left to his own devices, he finally learned patience and binding his time.
Draco had not said no, he had just said “not now.”
So it was not all lost... there was a chance for him and his magic as well as for this feelings he came to have for Draco Malfoy.
Maybe he also needed to work on a battle strategy. Having a plan always made him feel better. Even if he chose to ignore it in the end and just do as the Situation demands. But how to plan on seducing a recluse Slytherin with a torturous family story and a rather strange gift?
