HAPPY NEW YEAR, my dears!

i hope you all had an amazing new years eve, in whatever style you like!
i wish us all loads of health, much luck, good times, and that there will be room for amazing experiences and chances!

before i shall look forward to this year, i want to take a moment to look back. because yes 2021 was still in many ways the same as 2020 - lockdowns there you go, inflation says hello as well... but for my own life a lot has changed in 21 that i am grateful to, but, and not to tut my own horn, worked hard for.

i somehow managed to really finish school. i am not sure that it has yet sunken in, because i know i still have a lot to learn, there is still a lot i dont know, but i know that i can learn

for the first time since at least 2010 i did a holiday - i did not leave the country, but i was camping for a few days next to lakes and rivers. that was truly nice even if it was with family (thank good only part of it) but it was nice, it was away from the daily business, and id dint have a lot of those days before (being poor is not that nice)

i found a well paid job that i also enjoy for the most part - that is a plus even if it is long hours and hard work

i finished what i said i would - in case of owls it took me ages... but i did, which is important to me

so over all 2021 was not too bad for me, but i also didn't manage some of the things i wanted to do, the main thing is that i was unable to pick up an old hobby again, but maybe this year is the year!

Plans

as i am handing out all the invites already... apparently i am going to celebrated my 35 birthday LARGE like really LARGE, in the amount of INSANELY large... i kinda want to run away... but i still hope that i can celebrated it and that nothing *cough* covid *cough* will disrupt it

my car will get a new exhaust pipe - all three components from it in one - so from the engine right back to the silencer - that might get a bit pricy... then there are the break tubes and pipes that should be changed... and i kinda want to repair my skylight to be able to open it in summer - but if i dont have the money, i dont have the money

there will be a family holiday... a week with my aunt cousin and maybe uncle, my grandparents, my parents and i... they might really kill each other, and i will just try to stay out of it - thats why i go with my own car XD - and because before that i will be on a different event for work purposes

a friend and i want to go camping together and look at some stuff that is standing around in this country xD

i need to save a lot of money... so down scaling it will be

Resolutions

i want to walk 2h a day

i want to meet a new person each month: if not offline than at least online

i want to read more

i want to program more and play around with the hardware (µC) i got

i want to lose enough weight to be able to go hors riding again

i want to write more

i want to work on my podfic list

i want to work on my temper

i want to o stuff that i deem fun or imagine as an opportunity just because i can

so lets see what 2022 has in store for me!
hope we can chitchat and have fun and enjoy fandom and life together in 2022 and be there for each other as well!
