Goals reached yesterday: clean the flat, and went to work, but yesterday was a rather bad day, with bad news on the health front
Progress that you managed: not taking the short way out? or trying to kill everyone else? that is totally progress right?

I need: to not be distracted by how proud i am of what a good player i started out to be *hubris is growing here*
I want to share:

as there is christmas coming closer and closer, and we tend to forget about the next swimsuit season, i want to keep that topic in mind, so today i have an blog about how stress is related to weight: Eliminate Stress and eliminate Fat
and for all those interested in eating healthier and loosing weight i find that skinnymom.com is a good place to start. they have exercise tips, food tips, and health tips, and that work even if you are neither skinny or mom like me, and some of the tips are very easy to do, and most of their recopies are just amazing. however i need to point that because the site has more contributors some of the content is contradicting- i stick to what makes more sense to me.
they started the christmas music in shops here now- i'm so lucky that where i work it is not yet happening that much but it is already getting to me...
