Author's Notes:i am sick of spitting blood and having no voice, mostly because it hurts and i have to drink sage tea – which is honest to god not tea at all, and on top of it all instead of studying for my exam i worked on homework of doom and my technical equipment was fighting me EVERY step of the way... i am on a no- luck-train and it doesn’t want to end!
i will fry tomorrows exam... and i already feel ashamed for it
THANK YOU for all the comments! they keep me going!
start with part one, chapter one here: @dw | @lj
With a low whistle Harry hung the Christmas decorations on the tree. Draco had not been lying, the Nott Manor did lack server in taste. But with a few carefully placed removing charms and a lot of hand work it looked homey to him. It would still be classed as substandard for a Malfoy, but Draco needed a change of scenery anyway. And it was like training for what Harry imagined would be their future together.
Draco would have to accept that he will put in the best effort, and he will live with Draco never being satisfied with any sort of circumstance. It would never be boring again.
Comfortable, and warm too, if the baking was anything to go by. They easily fell into a routine and worked well together. And conversation was easy, though Draco still managed to put in quite some lectures about what steps he should do next.
Sure, Harry did not understand it all and it sounded like a lot of work and also somewhat complicated. But still being in the same room and taking, and touching, bumping into each other and not minding one bit. That all just made the butterflies in Harry’s stomach soar.
