Total Words Written:
Average Words Per Story: mathematical: ~13.197 (in ture its more about 1.5 words and 2 huge pieces)
Shortest Story: The cake in the fridge, or how Harry learned something new about cake with 1k
Longest: Seeing You, Seeing Me with 40k
Looking back, did you write more fic than you thought you would this year, less, or about what you'd predicted? way more, i just thought well lets give this writing a try- and i signed up for
hd_owlpost and i thought well that is that, and its fun... prompts took it from there...
What pairing/genre/fandom did you write most? hp/dm fluff and only harry potter (except one little GW fic i gifted to a very special person and promised myself i will edit the hell out of it)
Did you take any writing risks this year? i tried all the wrong choices and make them work for me, and i even tried myself on a paring i'm not that comfortable with and make it also work for me
Do you have any fanfic or general writing goals for the new year? i want to write one fic per month for at least one of all the lovely monthly prompts going around
From the past year of writing, what was your...
Most popular story of this year: leave it to the ferret for
bottom_draco fest because its on AO3 i guess
Personal favorite: In the realm of one night from
harrydracompreg fest because i managed to go dark
Most fun to write: arc: Road to Insanity i had such a blast writing this! i hope a new idea will corporal itself soon
Most challenging to write: The Expected, The Unprepared And The Odd because of the paring i chose
Biggest disappointment: Seeing You, Seeing Me because in my mind there was a different story, and in my mind again it works better than it does in real life (all the wrong choices XD)
Favorite character to write: Draco
Favorite opening lines: none- i hate openings
Favorite closing lines: none again because endings suck!
Other favorite lines: comments made by draco that threw harry of in Harry's plans working out in not working out
Most telling fic: uhmmmmm i think i did a good job in The Expected, The Unprepared And The Odd but really not sure
i had a fun writing, i learned a lot about the english language and have to thank all the amazing ppl of fandom, who did beta jobs for me and did not run away in tears at my first drafts, who cheered me on when i was struggling with everything, and who took their time and commented on my works, letting me know i did something right (or wrong)
THANK YOU folks for making my year as good as it got!
lets have a nice 2016! too!
