They had been going together for quite some time… quite some time. Ok, it might have taken them years. But they were busy, and there was life happening for them. It wasn't smooth sailing all the way. At least when it came to anything else but sex. They got the sex part figured out rather quickly. And very satisfying for both of them.

And then one day, they were just sitting down for dinner at Draco's when Harry suddenly said: "Maybe we should go on a date?"

"Are you serious?" Draco asked, rather surprised.

"Well, yes. We do all the couple things, everybody in the know treats us as a couple, we might as well do something we both enjoy together."

"That's the problem though, even if we accompany each other, we do not really enjoy those times."

"Yes, see. So it is time we choose something we both will like."

"So anything in wizard locations is already off the table."

Harry laughed at that. "Well, yes. But neither of us would have enjoyed that anyway. Though I hate to say it movies are of the table too. You get incredible bored by most of them. And the ones that fascinate you I don't manage to get through ten minutes."

"True, though I can't understand why you find all their fantasy movies so boring. Their concept of magic is so weird. Also to be fair, no concerts, you fall asleep at most of them."

"No ballets or operas either," Harry added, just to be on the save side.

"How about we go to the Natural History Museum. We both liked it there last time."

"That's right, and we can eat at the tiny restaurant with the amazing Pizza again."

"The pizza was tasty, even if they really could do with a good coat of paint… or you know decent decor," Draco said, wrinkling his nose.

"Snob."

"Raised to be one."

"So now we just need a romantic end."

Draco sighed. "You already know where I want to go, I know where you want to go. So yes, lets go to the ferries wheel. I enjoyed it the last time as well."

Harry blushed, and smiled at Draco remembering their first ride together, holding hands and enjoying the view.

"Yes, I did too."

As they started eating Harry looked at Draco. "I am really excited to start dating you."

Draco rolled his eyes, before he grinned. "Just be careful Potter, I might get serious about you."

But they both knew those words were already too late. They were already serious about each other.
